ZUCCHINI SQUASH RELISH

Ok Cecile, here is the promised recipe. I know I'm a day late.

10 c. peeled, ground squash ( I leave the peel on)
4 c. peeled, ground onion ( I just chop mine in food processor)
1 red 1 green peper, chopped
1/2 c salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 cup vinegar
1 tbsp nutmeg
1 tbsp dry mustard
1 tbsp tumeric
2 tbsp celery seed ( me don't put, no like celery)

Combine first 4 ingredients and let stand overnight, drain and rinse well. Add last six ingredients and boil for 10 minutes. Mix tbsp of cornstarch with small amount of water and add to relish for thickening. Place in hot sterilized jars and seal.
