I have been a stay at home mom for 10 years. I went back to work last week. WOW was it culture shock. I really like the job, it's just getting back into the grove of things and it's alot to remember. I had always worked in retail, so it wasn't really a career thing so.... I now work for a Bakery/Sandwich shop. We serve Authentic Czech Pastries call Kolaches,( lightly sweetend yeast rolls with fruit filling, 15 different kind, I still don't know them all, some with cream cheese) cinnamon rolls and other kinds of goodies. For lunch we do like chicken salad, shrimp salad and tuna salad on fresh baked honey wheat rolls, baked potato salad and soup. It's all really good. Now that I have made you hungry, I have to go and get some stuff ready for church tonight. Have a great rest of the week.
